• Manage unscheduled bleeding problems in women taking HRT.

• Educate and advise menopausal patients on the relevance to them of the latest data on HRT and cardiovascular health and breast cancer risk.

• Identify strategies for improving continuance of HRT.

• Counsel patients on an ongoing basis about their treatment options and modify therapy as necessary to improve quality of life.
