ACOG offers CD-ROM on navigating litigation

Physicians can earn up to 12 CME credits through 2009 by completing a CD-ROM program that teaches you to effectively navigate the legal system and cope with the stress that often accompanies these experiences. Developed by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, "From Exam Room to Courtroom: Navigating Litigation and Coping with Stress" covers such topics as handling an adverse event, dealing with the lawsuit, deciding whether to settle, getting through the trial, stress relievers and tools, and more.
