Do all estrogens pose the same threat of venous thrombosis?
Perhaps not. Conjugated equine estrogen (CEE) is more likely than esterified estrogen (EE) to increase the risk of venous thrombosis, according to a population-based, case–control study of almost 3,000 women conducted at a large health maintenance organization in Washington State.
