New Products: ProSound 3500SX

Aloka America, Ltd. unveils its ProSound 3500SX ultrasound system for the American market at the annual ACOG Meeting on May 3. Enhancements to its compact system include an extended field of view that lets you see the entire uterus for multiple gestations and placental positions, says the Wallingford, CT-based company.

Additional improvements are a flat panel display and better ergonomics; enhanced 3D/4D imaging that let's you save entire datasets for later review; free 3D/4D viewing software for postprocessing on independent workstations; and USB port and reusable USB sticks that hold more data.
