Poll: Surgical Checklists in the Operating Room

Surgical checklists add a balance in the operating room.  When everyone is one the same page, using the same terms with the same meaning, when there is mutual respect and everyone’s opinion is valued, patient safety is vastly improved.  Are you using a surgical checklist in your OR and has it improved your patient’s surgical outcome?
