New fertility tool to help determine chances of successful IVF launches

On July 29, 2026, Spring Fertility launched the Personalized IVF Calculator, a patient-facing tool designed to provide individualized predictions about IVF outcomes based on clinical inputs and a proprietary dataset of more than 2 million data points, the company announced in a news release.

The calculator uses a patient’s age, height, weight, and ovarian reserve measurements, including anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and antral follicle count (AFC), to forecast the number of eggs and embryos expected per cycle and the likelihood of achieving one or more children. The tool also incorporates specific medical history factors to generate individualized outcome projections, with the underlying data independently verified by Branch Care.

What dataset does the calculator draw from?

The calculator is built on data from more than 25,000 IVF and egg freezing cycles conducted at Spring Fertility across locations in California, New York, and Oregon from 2019 to 2024, encompassing more than 2 million data points and detailed embryology data from more than 350,000 eggs and embryos.

All predictions underwent clinical testing with Spring Fertility’s reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialists before launch. The egg-based outcomes model underlying the tool was independently audited by a third party.

What does the tool estimate and project?

In addition to cycle-level predictions, the calculator includes a forecasting model that estimates potential changes in a patient’s fertility profile, including AMH and AFC, over time, intended to support longer-term family planning decisions.
