Six New Requirements of ICD-10-CM for OB/GYN

You don't have to wait until ICD-10-CM is rolled out to start implementing required changes. For OB/GYN, the transition means more specificity.  So take a good look at your documentation and start making these changes now if it isn't up to the new standards.
