Gadolinium-based intravenous contrast agents (GBCA) provide additional information based on signal intensity changes after GBCA administration.
BIRADS 1 MIP
Axial MIP (Maximum Intensity Projection) of breasts post contrast administration shows no abnormal enhancement within either breast. BIRADS 1 Normal exam.
Birads 5 Color
Axial MIP with parametric color overlay of abnormal enhancement of multiple nodules with washout perfusion (red). Enlarged axillary lymph nodes also with washout perfusion.
BIRADS 5 Mip
Axial MIP demonstrating multiple enhancing nodules anterior third right breast (yellow arrow) and enlarged axillary lymph nodes (blue arrow), BIRADS 5, 95% chance of malignancy. Normal left breast, BIRADS 1 Normal Exam.
Birads 5 Sag
Sagittal view of right breast post contrast showing multiple abnormal enhancing masses in anterior breast (yellow arrows) and enlarged axillary lymph node with loss of fatty hilum (blue arrow).
Dermoid Ax T1
Axial T1 weighted image of pelvis showing large heterogeneous T1 signal mass in right adnexa. The high signal peripheral rim (arrows) on T1 is consistent with fat containing benign dermoid.
