This woman presents with a bloody discharge from the nipple of the left breast during the past two months. Mammography demonstrated increasing asymmetric opacity in the left retroareolar space.
2D Ultrasound: A spicular mass in the retroareolar space.
Color Power Angio: Neovascularity in the retroareolar mass.
Pulsed Doppler: PI= 1.4 RI =0.7 PSV =25 cm/s
The above findings are consistent with Paget's disease of the nipple (ductal carcinoma).
